“The wind speaks to those that listen.”
Welcome to Listen to the Wind!
The prophetic ministry website of Joey Rocha.
The Holy Spirit in the bible is often referred to as “the wind,” (Acts 2:2, John 3:8, John 20:22). The Holy Spirit, coming as wind, depicts His power and His guidance. In the scripture above Jesus explains how the new birth experience is not like a natural birth where you can see the baby is born. It is an invisible work of God who breathes life and something transpires that people cannot recognize. It is like the wind. You can’t see where it came from or where it goes but you can feel its power! It is derived from the word, ruach, in the Hebrew, which can be translated wind or spirit or breath. In it’s prophetic form as (Ruach haKodesh) it is a Divine Voice, the very breath of God!
Listen to the Wind exists to encourage people with prophetic words for guidance and to teach believers how to hear that divine voice, how to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying, how to –
Listen to the Wind!
The book of Job tells us –
“For God does speak–now one way, now another– though no one perceives it” (Job 33:14).
God is speaking to us in many ways including: His word, through people, dreams, visions, colors, numbers, art and creation. It’s our job to learn how to perceive it!
At Pentecost (Acts 2:3), it wasn’t a wind that blew in; it was the sound of a rushing wind. It was the sound of the wind blowing in (not the sound of the people speaking in tongues) that drew in the crowd. Our mission is to draw the crowds to the Lord using the sound of the wind and then translate it to the masses via the air current: film, television, social media, music and prophetic art!
“And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.” Joel 2:28
Hallelujah! God is speaking! Let’s learn to perceive it together and share it with the world! Thank you for visiting our website. We pray that it blesses you and that you will hear the sound of the wind here. We encourage you to send us your comments and prayer requests but most of all we encourage you to . . .
